Terms

Bookings:

A valid credit card must be provided to make a booking.  Alternatively, a deposit of the first night can be made into our Bank account.  No booking is confirmed without either of these. If payment is made in cash, accommodation charges must be paid on arrival along with a $200 cash bond for any incidentals and photo id will be required.

We do not accept payment by American Express or Diners Club for accounts over $500.

Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy
To confirm any booking, a valid credit card number and expiry date are required.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
All bookings not cancelled by this time will have the first nights’ accommodation debited to the credit card.
Failure to cancel a booking prior arrival may result in the total reservation being charged. 
This is at the proprietors discretion.



Group bookings are required to give 30 days minimum notice to avoid forteiture of their deposit.



Prices:

Prices may be subject to change.  All quoted rates are valid at writing but management reserves the right to change quoted rates with confirmation due to any major unforeseen / extreme economic factors that may influence the successful running of the business and or any increase in any government tax, surcharges, levies etc.


Damages:

Any extra cleaning , repairs, or replacements required to restore our room or property to its normal condition will be charged to the guest responsible, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.



Account:

If balance is not paid in full, you will incur collection costs and /or legal fees to recover the debt


Smoking: 

We have a non-smoking policy for all units. There are no exceptions and damages will be charged at $200 to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.


Visitors:

Guests may have visitors but we do not allow large, noisy gatherings or parties in our rooms. Guests visitors must leave the premises by 9pm


Check -In:

Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made with management.


Pets:

We do not allow pets in our rooms and any damage caused by the pets in rooms will be charged to the guests account.
